Intelliflowz provides AI-powered services, including basic security assessments and penetration testing for IP addresses, domains, and related network infrastructure. However, Intelliflowz does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that the use of its services will render any network, domain, system, or infrastructure completely secure or immune from security breaches, cyberattacks, hacks, or other unauthorized access.

Limitations of Services

Intelliflowz’s services are diagnostic in nature and are intended to assist users in identifying and mitigating potential security weaknesses based on the information available at the time of the assessment. The results of our services depend on various factors, including but not limited to the accuracy of user-provided information, the configuration of the tested systems, and the evolving nature of cyber threats. As such:

User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the security, maintenance, and operation of their networks, domains, systems, and infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, implementing any recommendations provided by Intelliflowz, applying security patches, updating configurations, and monitoring for threats. Intelliflowz shall not be responsible for any failure by the user to act on recommendations or for any security breaches, losses, or damages resulting from such failure.

No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelliflowz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to damages resulting from security breaches, data loss, system downtime, or unauthorized access. The user assumes all risks associated with their network and domain security.

Indemnification

By using Intelliflowz’s services, the user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelliflowz and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the user’s use of the services or failure to secure their networks or domains.
